All mouthcalls are final sale / non refundable but if there's a issue with a mouthcall don't hesitate to give us a call at (205) 361-3510 or email if there is a problem. 

If a wooden call has been damaged in shipping please call or email and we will promptly replace the call.

We offer 30 day refunds on wood type calls and the product is only returned in the exact condition it was shipped out.

Regardless of the problem please contact us via email we will be more than willing to help! 

One accepted, place a note with the order number in the package for processing your return.
