Any wood friction call we always suggest not to take it out in to the rain.

Wood will suck in moisture which can potentially make the wood move making a call surface crack, no matter how good you seal the pot it can draw moisture.

We suggest storing your calls inside your house where the temp is regulated and doesn't fluctuate. Do not store them in a hot garage, shop or basement.

Generally if it’s a surface or soundboard we can fix. If the structural integrity of the pot has been damaged it’s un-fixable.

Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns

All returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item.
The item is expected to be returned in good working order and in the original packaging or box it was shipped in to ensure the item is not damaged. If it is received damaged we will not refund your order.
If you return a item and want to swap it out for a different item or size you will be responsible for the shipping charges

We are not liable for any delays with USPS or UPS please take you tracking number and go to your local post office or ups facility they are the responsible party once it’s shipped.
